As always the people are great. They cannot be more friendly. We arrived got a slip did laundry and had dinner onboard. It was time to start dealing with the tides. Could we make Quebec City the next day. The answer was yes but we needed to leave at about 4:00 in the morning. Quickly we decided to go to Portneuf. I should mention I am on Irish Mist III sending this while Trish is at the helm. Modern electronics are a marvel.
