What Paris would be like if they were friendly

As we had lunch just around the corner from the Chateau I remarked that even though I had never been to Paris I imagined that Quebec was just like Paris, but with friendly people. We came to The Marina de Quebec around 10:00. By 11:00 we were through the lock and tied up.
We more or less headed into town immediately. I will send some pictures of Quebec, lunch and the view.
